Gua Musang, Kelantan
Background
Around 1940-an initial placement is only a few houses, a prayer room and a cemetery lot. This placement is concentrated along the river which is the pulse Galas relationships and daily activities.
Origin Name From Kampung Batu Papan taken the form of a phenomenon far closer to the form of large stone pieces board located da Galas River. Big stone was visible especially in the dry season, the attention and always be a focus of the population.
In 1981, the government has restructured the residential lots and further develop this village with a more structured layout.
1983, Kg. Batu Board officially opened by YBM Tengku Razaliegh, as Member of Parliament for Gua Musang.
2002, The villagers began to take the initiative to succeed in homestay program.
